Job Description :
Responsible for managing the coordination and completion of key customer programs; setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring progress of program(s), delivering to expected cost and schedule targets and serves as primary interface with the customer in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

•Full accountability for profit and loss of the project, manage project and mitigate risk by use of the matrix and OBE, anticipating potential issues, and reassess OBE as needed and revise as necessary while monitoring profit margins at all times.
•Process jobs in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction, meeting company standards and maximizing profitability.
•Lead and direct all activities from program inception through delivery and field/warranty support, and managing multiple, independent projects for one or more customers.
•Serve as the point of contact for key customer related communication; including clarification of specifications, change orders and cost and schedule performance.
•Provide input to Sales during the proposal phase to determine schedule, budget and risk as required.
•Coordinate the efforts of cross functional teams to ensure the project meets or exceeds risk-based cost and schedule performance and prioritize resources to ensure project deliverables are met.
•Manage risk of individual as well as the portfolio of projects for a given customer.
•Ensure third party fabrication suppliers meet or exceed cost and schedule objectives
•Proactively and continuously cultivate and manage customer expectations by maintaining open communications with customers to ensure company standing within the industry.
•Report on a timely basis, job progress, variances, and estimate of job completion in project review meetings.
•Ensure timely and profitable completion of projects in a manner that meets or exceeds customer expectation and minimizes back charges and warranty claims.
•Monitor regularly and manage quickly overall warranty obligations.
•Manage the contractual aspects of assigned projects to ensure Braden’s ability to fulfill obligations as sold; lead negotiation of back-charges, pursue pricing adders and change orders during the course of the project to ensure timely payment for projects completed.
•Ensure supervisor and other required company personnel are informed of project status; review and validate project status and recommends and implements modifications to plans or schedules, as needed.

Job Requirements :
•Must possess broad business concepts and advanced project management expertise that includes a high level of negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills for optimal outcome in performing essential job functions.
•Working knowledge of the gas turbine products and related manufacturing processes.
•Working knowledge of international outsourced local and international manufacturing operations.
•Ability to read and interpret design and shop detail drawings and customer specifications.
•Thorough knowledge of project management/sales procedures in a manufacturing environment.
•Strongoral, written communication, inter-personal skills and presentation skills.
Must be able to obtain a passport and physically travel.
Must be able to understand the economics of a project, bring projects in at or under budget, influence projects so they are delivered on time, and communicate professionally with our customers and people at Braden. They have to be able to handle multiple projects and issues on a daily basis
